2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Saturday, November 7, 2026: 12:00 – 1:00pm
Location: Queneesh Elementary School, 2345 Mission Road, Courtenay (or join virtually – details below)
This year the AGM is part of our Ski Swap day! Drop off your gear in the morning, grab a bowl of chili, join us for the AGM at noon, then shop the swap. Same day, same place – we hope to see you there.
Ski Swap + AGM: Schedule of Events
9:30 – 11:30am: Gear drop-off – bring your gently used Nordic gear and club clothing
11:30am – Noon: Chili lunch + bake sale
Noon – 1:00pm: SNSC AGM – open to all members
1:00 – 3:00pm: Swap sale – 20% of each sale supports SNSC
3:00 – 3:30pm: Gear pick-up – collect any gear that did not sell
Nordic gear in good condition only, please. Sorry, no Alpine gear or SNS binding systems.
