Trade up, gear up, and help shape the club! Join us at Queneesh Elementary School for the annual Strathcona Nordics Ski Swap, plus the SNSC AGM. Same day, same place.

Schedule

9:30 - 11:30 am | Gear drop-off: bring your gently used Nordic gear and club clothing

11:30 am - Noon | Chili lunch + bake sale: enjoy a delicious bowl of chili and a treat

Noon - 1:00 pm | SNSC AGM: open to all members. Club updates and the year ahead

1:00 - 3:00 pm | Swap sale: snag great deals on used Nordic gear and get ready for ski season. 20% of each sale supports SNSC. Thanks for fuelling the fun!

3:00 - 3:30 pm | Gear pick-up: collect any gear that did not sell

Selling gear? Register it ahead

Save time at drop-off by registering your items online before November 7. Not techy? No problem, our volunteers can enter your gear for you at drop-off.

Please note: Nordic gear in good condition only. Sorry, no Alpine gear or SNS binding systems.

Buying? We accept cash, e-transfer or card (Square).

Don’t want to take unsold gear home? Tick “Don’t return my gear” on the form or let us know at drop-off. SNSC will donate it to a local thrift shop, or take items with resale value to Blue Toque in Courtenay. Proceeds from those sales go to the club.
