The Lantern Ski is one of Strathcona Nordic Ski Club’s most cherished annual traditions. Each winter, we light up a section of the Nordic trails with hundreds of glowing lanterns to create a peaceful, memorable night of skiing for all ages.

This event is relaxed, family-friendly, and designed for every level of skier. Whether you’re gliding through the lanterns for the first time or returning because it’s become part of your winter calendar, it’s a beautiful way to experience the magic of Nordic skiing after dark.
