Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced
This program is for recreational skiers who want to improve their skiing technique (classic and skating) and fitness – in a fun, social, and group environment – through a season of coached sessions. Program participants are generally divided into three groups based on skiing proficiency and participants interests / goals:
The Novice group is oriented towards skiers working on their basic technique skills.
The Intermediate group is for established skiers who wish to improve their technique and fitness.
The Advanced group is for skiers who have already done at least 2 seasons of Intermediate Masters (or equivalent experience) and are looking for even more challenges.
The program focuses on both classic and skate ski technique over the course of 8 weeks (half the sessions will be skate technique and half the sessions will be classic technique) and are coached by qualified club coaches.
