The area receives an average of 900cm (30 feet) of snow and maintains 55 km, track set and skating trails, partially located in Strathcona Provincial Park. Some trails are lift serviced. Trail Hours - 7 Days a week, 8am-4pm. Trail fees apply and rentals are available. Ski instruction is also available from Mt Washington everyday of the week. About half of the Mt Washington trails wind through Strathcona Provincial Park passing through Paradise Meadows and around Lake Helen Mackenzie and Battleship Lake. The trails are maintained under a Park Use Permit and a portion of the trail fees generated go to support BC Parks programs and facilities in the area. In addition to the groomed trails, the Park offers exceptional backcountry skiing and wilderness opportunities.

The 2001-2002 season saw the opening of Mt Washington’s beautiful 10,000 sq.ft Nordic ‘Raven’ Lodge. The lodge forms the new base of Nordic operations and includes a restaurant, video screens, retail Nordic ski outlet, Nordic ski rentals, lockers, showers and sauna, outdoor waxing facilities, snowshoe rentals and luge rentals.
